Dingemans Pilsner 3 Malt

Dingemans Pilsen 3 is a light base malt with a low protein content, made from selected two-row European spring barley. The malt gives a light color and a mild malty character, and is a good starting point for pilsners, lagers, Belgian beer styles and other beers where a light malt base is desired.

The malt is well modified and has high enzyme activity, allowing it to be used as up to 100% of the malt mixture. It is well suited for one-step mashing, but can also be used in other mashing schemes.
