Refund policy

Under applicable EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing a reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you (or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier) physically receives the goods. In case of multiple items delivered separately, the period begins when you receive the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please inform us of your decision by submitting a clear statement via our contact form or by using the Standard Withdrawal Form available at the bottom of this page. You may also contact us by telephone or email, provided your intention to return is clearly communicated.

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your withdrawal notification before the 14-day period expires. Once you have notified us, you have an additional 14 days to return the products.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Please return items to the address we provide and follow the instructions given.

You must handle the goods with care while in your possession. You may open the packaging to inspect the product and assess its nature, characteristics, and functionality.

You are liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the goods. Items must be returned undamaged and, where reasonably possible, in their original packaging.

We will process refunds using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. No fees will be charged for the refund.

If you are returning goods due to a defect, we will examine the returned product or handle your complaint and inform you by email of your refund within a reasonable timeframe.

We will typically process refunds as quickly as possible and, in any case, within 14 days of confirming by email that you are entitled to a refund for the defective product.

Returns due to defects will be fully refunded, including delivery costs and return shipping costs you incurred.
