What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs depend on a few things: the size and weight of your package and where you live.
You'll see an estimate in your shopping cart, but the final cost won't show up until later in the checkout process, once we've verified your details.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the following European countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Spain and Slovenia.
When will my order arrive?
Once we've packed up your order, we hand it over to the carrier. Within Europe, we aim to get orders delivered within 1 to 4 business days. Sometimes it might take a bit longer if we're swamped with orders or if there are customs procedures to deal with.
We'll send you a tracking code so you can follow your shipment.
Can I choose a specific delivery date?
Unfortunately not. We ship your order as soon as payment clears and everything is in stock. The tracking code we send you will give you a good idea of when to expect your package.
Can I pick up my order instead?
Absolutely! Just select the pickup option during checkout. We'll send you an email as soon as your order is ready to collect.
How long before my order ships?
We usually get orders ready within 2 to 3 business days after you place them, provided everything you ordered is in stock. You'll get an email from us once your order is on its way or ready for pickup.
My order hasn't arrived
Does your tracking say it was delivered but you don't have it? First, double-check that the delivery address is correct. Sometimes the delivery driver leaves packages with a neighbour.
