This is a basic stainless steel mixer that should be used on low to medium power.High power may warp the blades in a very thick mash.To get the best mash efficiency it is important during mashing in to ensure that there are no dough balls (clumps of grain) and that the grain bed is not compacted.Allowing maximum recirculation through your grain bed will always yield higher extraction / efficiency rates of your brew.Simply attach to your portable electric drill and attach the 1/4" end tightly.
Overall length is 600mm with a mixer diameter of 70mm
.Important note:This unit has basic welding to help assist you in breaking up doughballs. Only use on low setting.
