All smokeless* fire pits will smoke until they get up to temperature. Once the fire is up and going the unique airflow system will draw air from the bottom of the pit and re-ignite itself around the rim. Resulting in more efficient use of the firewood and re-ignition of smoke into heat.

Please note the firepit will discolour slightly after its first burn-in. This is not a defect. All stainless steel when heated to extreme temperatures like this fire pit will discolour. It is completely normal!

"Kegland Smoke Eater is excellent. Design really burns well with minimal smoke. The base stays cool so you can use it on your wooden deck. Puts out plenty of heat. The fire basket is 409 stainless steel, which is ideal for high heat duty environment, but will gete light surface rust if left in rain or dew. The rest of the unit is 304 stainless steel which is very corrosion resistant. Overall a great product at a good price."
"It’s great to buy a product, have it turn up and be exactly what you expected! It’s light weight (great for caravan), easy to empty/ clean and puts out more heat than expected. The top cone does reduce the smoke more but th trade off is it refuses the radiant heat."

"I purchased this to burn leaves and sticks in my pool yard. Lots of trash comes in. So combining the leaves and sticks with some biiger sticks I made a good little burner. Suprising how much of the fuel gets completely burned to white ash. Good product, definately recommend."
