Specialty yeast well suited for brewing Belgian wheat beers. BW-20 adds neutral fruity flavors and a specific phenolic character (notes of clove and pepper). The yeast does not completely ferment maltotriose, which gives the beer a pleasant mouthfeel. The yeast has medium sedimentation, does not form lumps, but gives a slight haze when resuspended in the beer.

Shelf Life
Refer to best before end date printed on the sachet.
Opened sachets must be sealed and stored at 4°C (39°F) and used within 7 days of opening.
Do not use soft or damaged sachets.
To ensure a healthy fermentation it is a good idea to incorporate some yeast nutrient in your brewing.
