"Shelf as described. I still haven't received the fermentation unit so can't tell you how well it fits or slides in the unit. The shelf has a bit of flex to it, not a rigid as I thought it would be, but I will mainly use this as a drip tray and to slow dry garden herbs, as I don't think it could handle a full load of honey jars to decrystalise."
