Solid double glazed tempered glass on a thick aluminium frame. It is less thermally efficient than the foam filled door, but where is the fun in that. I want to see it without disrupting the temperature!

Glass door for fermenter
"I wanted the door so I can easily see what I have in there without opening the door all the time to count stock. It is double glazed, quite heavy but that is to be expected. I can't report how well it fits or if it was easy to install as I am still waiting (2 weeks over due) for the fermentation unit. It has handles on both sides of the door so assume suitable for left or right opening installation. The corner joins of the frame are a little rough and one was slightly damaged (I assume in transport) but once on the unit I don't think you will be able to see it. My small fingers fit on the handles fine, not sure how easy it will be for someone with large fingers. Will update review if I have issues with installation once I get the unit."
