Perle 2024 100g Hop Pellets

Perle was created as a disease-resistant alternative to Hallertau Mittelfrüh. One of the most popular hops in Germany, Perle gained over 3,000 hectares of cultivation in 2016.

Packaging:
The hops are gently weighed, nitrogen flushed and sealed in light-tight aluminum-coated packaging for optimal shelf life.
Flushing with nitrogen displaces oxygen that would otherwise degrade the quality of the hops. This method lowers the oxygen content in the bag to 0.6-0.8% oxygen which is very good for preserving quality/taste/aroma. The hop bag is stored cool at <4 degrees Celsius.

The opened bag is squeezed together and closed with a ziplock for further storage in the refrigerator.
