Suitable for both the HIZO G14 and HIZO E12 the double sided griddle and flat skillet plate is the heavy-duty heat-retention cooking utensil you need in your arsenal.Weighing in at a whopping 4kg! This thick cast iron plate can really hold the heat.
The HIZO Double sided skillet as a flat smooth side griddle side, and a raised grill grooves for the other size. Both sides have an internal lid to handle some juices and oil to fry in.
It can be moved around by the two removable handles in three location points on the plate.

Directions on first use:
Conveniently pre-seasoned, simply just wipe with a wet cloth and pat dry.
