Dingemans Ultra Pils Malt

Dingemans Ultra Pils is an extra light base malt based on Dingemans Pilsen Malt, but dried slightly milder to give an even lighter color. The malt gives a mild malt character and is well suited to beers where a very light malt base is desired.

Ultra Pils has high enzyme activity and can be used as up to 100% of the malt mixture. It is well suited for pale lagers, American lagers and other beer styles where you want to keep the color as light as possible. It can also be a good alternative as a base malt in NEIPA and other pale ales.

The malt is well modified and is well suited for one-step mashing.
