Eclipse 2024 100g Hop Pellets

Eclipse's ancestry dates back to 1915. Sister to Galaxy. It was developed by HPA (Hop Products Australia) and became available on the market in 2020. Eclipse is the result of cross-pollination of Fuggle, Brewers Gold, Comet and Pride, among others.

Packaging:
The hops are gently weighed, nitrogen flushed and sealed in light-tight aluminum-coated packaging for optimal shelf life.
Flushing with nitrogen displaces oxygen that would otherwise degrade the quality of the hops. This method lowers the oxygen content in the bag to 0.6-0.8% oxygen which is very good for preserving quality/taste/aroma. The hop bag is stored cool at <4 degrees Celsius.
