Chinook 2022 100g Hop Pellets

Chinook is predominantly used in IPAs and what is often referred to today as "old school" IPAs. Its high alpha acid content makes it an ideal hop for bitterness, flavor, and aroma.

Packaging:
The hops are carefully weighed, nitrogen-flushed, and sealed in a light-proof, aluminum-coated package for optimal shelf life.

Flushing with nitrogen displaces oxygen, which would otherwise degrade the quality of the hops. This method reduces the oxygen content in the package to 0.6-0.8%, which is excellent for preserving quality, flavor, and aroma. The hops package should be stored in a cool place at <4 degrees Celsius.

Once opened, the package should be compressed and sealed with a zip-lock for continued storage in the refrigerator.
