Celeia 2023 100g Hop Pellets

Celeia is a cross of Styrian Golding, Aurora, and a Slovenian wild hop. Celeia is a daughter of Savinski Golding. Despite its distinctive aroma and low alpha acid content, it is a very popular hop.

Packaging:
The hops are carefully weighed, nitrogen-flushed, and sealed in a light-proof, aluminum-coated package for optimal shelf life.

Flushing with nitrogen displaces oxygen, which would otherwise degrade the quality of the hops. This method reduces the oxygen content in the package to 0.6-0.8%, which is excellent for preserving quality, flavor, and aroma. The hops package should be stored in a cool place at <4 degrees Celsius.

Once opened, the package should be compressed and sealed with a zip-lock for continued storage in the refrigerator.
