Centennial 2024 100g Hop Pellets

Centennial – a sophisticated version of Cascade and tends to have a higher alpha acid content. It is not nearly as "citrusy" as Cascade, however. Centennial has helped give beer brewing a flourishing and the hop is constantly increasing in popularity. This can be used as both an aroma hop and a bittering hop. The bitterness is quite clean, and can give a bit of a floral aroma depending on the boil time.

Packaging:
The hops are gently weighed, nitrogen flushed and sealed in light-tight aluminum-coated packaging for optimal shelf life.
Flushing with nitrogen displaces oxygen that would otherwise degrade the quality of the hops. This method lowers the oxygen content in the bag to 0.6-0.8% oxygen which is very good for preserving quality/taste/aroma. The hop bag is stored cool at <4 degrees Celsius.

The opened bag is squeezed together and closed with a ziplock for further storage in the refrigerator.
