CaraBody – Viking Malt

CaraBody is a light caramel malt that adds a mild caramel-like sweetness and a golden hue to the beer. It is often used to increase mouthfeel, improve head stability and give the beer a little more body without adding strong caramel flavors.

The malt is well suited to a number of beer styles where a rounder character and better body are desired, such as in lager, pale ale and other light beers.
