Benchy Slushy Machine (2L)

Requirements to Slush! 
If you are making a non-alcohollic frozen beverage, ensure that the sugar levels are between 4% of the total liquid volume. Optimally 13 to 17% (Brix value of 13-17) is generally recommended for a proper slushy consistency.

Plan Ahead of Guests Arrival
Start your Benchy Slushy atleast 1 hour before guests arrive. Extra time may be required to troubleshoot.

Preset It
If using the Frozen Cocktail setting with a Cocktail Kit that is in the higher range of ABV%, lower the temperature down to -8°C ir -9°C and save/lock that into the default Frozen Cocktail Setting (see manual on how to do this)

Follow Alcohol Guidelines
If using strong alcohol/spirits (35%+) use 120mL for every 710mL of total recipe size. 

Dispense to make room
If your recipe is not slushing at max capacity, you may need to dispense some liquid to enjoy on the rocks and make room for dilution of ingredients.

Alcohol Guidelines
Host your party inside: DO NOT use your Benchy Slushy in an environment over 35°C. Use Indoors or undercover in a cool climate.

Don't Over-Do it
Ensure your recipe's total alcohol content is between 2.8% and 16% ABV. If you go over this threshold it will not slush.

Dilute to Troubleshoot
If a drink exceeds the maximum alcohol amount, add 60mL water per serving, waitanoter 30 minutes and repeat if needed.

Low/No Sugar Mixes
Use Low/No Sugar mixers ONLY. If you are making a Frozen Cocktail with Alcohol. You CANNOT use the low/no sugar mixers without alcohol (sorry Kids!)

Advanced Error Sensing
This machine has been made with advanced error sensing to protect the machine from damaging the mixing spiral or to help diagnose issues.  The following error messages mean:

E1: Fan is not rotating. Check that the fan blades are not blocked and rear vent is not blocked.

E2: Temperature sensor is out of normal range. Checked it's plugging in and the wire to the temperature sensor is not unplugged.

E3: Motor has stalled. Most likely too cold and frozen barrel.  You have probably set the temperature too low.  Please pour some warm water into the top of the machine to melt the blockage and then power cycle the machine and start again.
