BRU-1 2024 100g Hop Pellets

BRU-1 is an experimental hop developed by John I. Hass and Brulotte Gård. Bru-1 is known for its strong sweet fruit aroma, when used in whirlpool it gives aromas of freshly cut pineapple and green fruits.

Packaging:
The hops are gently weighed, nitrogen flushed and sealed in light-tight aluminum-coated packaging for optimal shelf life.
Flushing with nitrogen displaces oxygen that would otherwise degrade the quality of the hops. This method lowers the oxygen content in the bag to 0.6-0.8% oxygen which is very good for preserving quality/taste/aroma. The hop bag is stored cool at <4 degrees Celsius.

The opened bag is squeezed together and closed with a ziplock for further storage in the refrigerator.
