Weyermann® CARAWHEAT®

CARAWHEAT® from Weyermann® is an aromatic caramel malt made from high-quality wheat. The malt gives a deep golden to brown color and adds mild caramel tones to the beer.

It is often used to increase body, mouthfeel and head stability, while contributing to a rounder malt profile. CARAWHEAT® is particularly well suited to wheat beers, but can also be used in many other beer styles where more body and stable head are desired.
