Hallertau Blanc – Gives a fantastic aroma! Hallertau Blanc's taste and aroma profile is described as fruity and wine-like. It has a complex aroma profile with hints of gooseberries, grass, blackcurrant, elderflower, grapes, grapefruit, lemongrass and more.Hallertau Blanc, a daughter of Cascade, was born in 2012. On the farm Hüll in the German Hallertau area, it was grown primarily for use in American-style Ales. Hallertau Blanc's taste and aroma profile is described as fruity with wine-like qualities of gooseberries and grass, which also belong to the Sauvignon Blanc grape.

Packaging:
The hops are gently weighed, nitrogen flushed and sealed in light-tight aluminum-coated packaging for optimal shelf life.
Flushing with nitrogen displaces oxygen that would otherwise degrade the quality of the hops. This method lowers the oxygen content in the bag to 0.6-0.8% oxygen which is very good for preserving quality/taste/aroma. The hop bag is stored cool at <4 degrees Celsius.

The opened bag is squeezed together and closed with a ziplock for further storage in the refrigerator.
