Pale Ale Fresh Wort Kit
The recipe for our most popular beer kit has been revised and improved with a focus on award-winning hops. This fresh wort kit builds on the classic pale ale style, where fruity aromas and moderate bitterness create a balanced expression. A modern interpretation of a light and aromatic pale ale that suits most brewers.  

Style: American Pale Ale

Alcohol content: approx. 5.1%.
IBU: approx. 25 – moderately bitter. Color: 10 EBC - straw yellow

Contains ready-brewed wort for 20 liters of beer

Instructions:

1. Pour the wort into your fermentation vessel
2. Top up with clean water to 20 liters total volume.
3. Add yeast
4. Put on lid and yeast lock
5. Follow the included instructions regarding recommended fermentation temperature.

Included:
Yeast: Lallemand LalBrew Verdant IPA
Dry hops: El Dorado

Ferment at approx. 20°C. Dry hops are added according to the description on the hop bags.

Add 6g sugar per liter of beer when bottling, and let it carbonate at 20-28°C for about 14 days before storing in a cool place.
