FRESH WORT KIT! - For those of you who want to brew good beer, but don't have the time or space for allgrain brewing.
Here we have briefly explained the brewing beer kit for you, so that you only need to ferment and bottle the beer. Read more about Fresh Wort Kit here

Mango IPA
Inspired by the modern IPA style where tropical fruit and hops meet in balance. The hop composition is chosen to support the natural flavor of mango, so that the fruit and hops highlight each other without the bitterness dominating.

Alcohol content: approx. 6%.
IBU: approx. 25 – moderately bitter. Color: 10 EBC - straw yellow

Contains ready-brewed wort for 20 liters of beer

Instructions:

  1. Pour the wort into your fermentation vessel
  2. Top up with clean water to 20 liters total volume.
  3. Add yeast
  4. Put on lid and yeast lock
  5. Follow the included instructions regarding recommended fermentation temperature.

Included:
Yeast: LalBrew Verdant IPA
Dry hops: Azacca
Essence: Mango

Ferment at approx. 20°C. Dry hops are added according to the description on the hop bags.

Add 6g sugar per liter of beer when bottling, and let it carbonate at 20-28°C for about 14 days before storing in a cool place.
CO2 volume in keg: about 2.4

NOTE: Oxidation
Oxidation occurs when beer is exposed to oxygen after fermentation has started. Some beer styles are more sensitive to this, especially hoppy beers like NEIPA, IPA and West Coast IPA. Oxidation can lead to off-flavors and reduced shelf life, so it's a good idea to take some simple precautions.

Avoid all contact with oxygen after fermentation has begun:

  • Remember to flush with CO2 after dry hopping. Feel free to use Hop Bong if you have Fermzilla or Kegmenter
  • When fermenting under pressure, use Closed Transfer to Barrel Hose Kit
  • It is recommended to use barrels
  • Bottling is not recommended, as it is difficult to avoid oxidation when bottling.
