Here we have briefly explained the brewing beer kit for you, so that you only need to ferment and bottle the beer. Read more about Fresh Wort Kit here

HopZilla Blonde
A beer set inspired by Australian blonde ale, with a light malt base and balanced bitterness. The recipe is put together to give a light and bright expression, with a focus on clean flavors and a good balance between malt and hops.

The Eclipse and Galaxy hops contribute a distinct fruity note from the hop side, which gives character to the beer without dominating it. The result is a light and light beer with moderate bitterness and a balanced profile.

Surprised it was so good

"Firstly, I didn't order this kit - it came as a freebie during a promotion which I wasn't aware of, but kegland chose it and included it with my order. When it arrived I thought "what a PITA", but I followed the instructions (almost: I left out the mango essence/flavouring and only used half of the dry hops) and it turned out great. It was a big hit with friends. Hoppy, fruity beers were not my thing. . . . but I've had a change of heart."
