Mangrove Jack's Hophead Ale M66 - 10g

This is a dry yeast mixed with an enzyme that enhances the fruitiness and aroma from hops and fruit additions. Excellent for NEIPA, Juicy IPA and the like.

Attenuation: Medium (72-76%)
Flocculation: High (4/5)

Instructions for use: Sprinkle the contents directly into the wort at 18-22C degrees. One package holds up to 23 liters.
Store cool for best shelf life.
