These gas manifolds are rated to 100psi and include ball valves that screw into the aluminium extrusion with 1/4inch threads.

This is an easy and convenient way to split your single gas line into multiple gas lines.

NOTE: This product is not suitable for beer or other beverages. It's gas only.

6 Output / 6 Way Manifold Gas Line Splitter with Check Valves (1/4" thread, MFL Thread) duotight compatible

These gas manifolds are rated to 100psi and include 6 gas line outputs and 6 x 1/4inch ball vales. We highly reccomend using the KL06880 - duotight FFL x 8mm push in fittings for these manifolds. As seen in the photos.

This unit can be turned into a 7 way manifold by adding a 1/4 inch ball valve (part *coming soon*)

You can also attach a Gas Ball Lock Post with 1/4 Inch Bulkhead Assembly (part KL03179) if you want to be able to easily disconnect/reconnect a gas line. Alternatively you can also fit the Duotight 8mm to 1/4" push in fittings to this manifold KL06897. But this would defeat the purpose of having the check valve built in, as well as having the ability to isolate each gas line.

Please note that due to the check valve mechanism there is about a 2 psi pressure drop over the ball valves in these manifolds. You will need to set the pressure on the regulator about 2 psi higher than the desired pressure in the keg.

Unlucky

"A touch disappointing. I must have got a dud. My 2. 6kg CO2 bottle ran out far earlier than I expected it to. I checked all MY connections (duotight fittings) for leaks and they were fine, but after getting a refill and checking again discovered that this manifold was leaking in 2 places with the thread seal. Had to remove all and redo myself. Just bad luck I suppose, sometimes these things happen. Otherwise all good."

Great product

"This was perfect for my 6 tap keezer, but pull it apart and seal the threads. Although it appears to be put together with a threadseal, 2 of the threads leaked gas."

More gas?

"An upgrade to my 3way. The one tap needed a reseal which was quick and easy with thread sealant"

Al B. (4/5)

Perfect

"Does everything I want it to, heavy gauge aluminium. I've got it mounted to the back of my Keezer with heavy duty velcro"

Gas Line Manifolds

"These look great and work great however.... The mounting flange is on a 45 degree angle and you cannot order an flat manifold from Kegland. Maybe the angle is designed to fit it a Kegland Kegerator but for the rest of us a mode is required to mount suitably."

Jockey box setup

"Easy to set up and works a treat. Plugged it in and runs the jockey box beautifully."

Kelvin R. (5/5)

Convenient

"Used duotight fitting on the end was super easy to setup has pre drilled holes for stick it to the fridge wall"

"Bought for my first Keezer. This works amazing"

Q&A

I bought one of these in Jan this year 2025 (order 408494) and just discovered with soapy water that three of the outlets were leaking co2 at the manifold. I have removed all of them (including the other three and the end brass plug, and will also do the brass inlet to be sure) and cleaned the threads... what kind of sealant should I use to reseal them - teflon tape, gas thread sealant, or something else?
We use Loctite Threadlock - you can get this from Bunnings
