Easily attach this 0.5 micron diffusion stone to the "gas in" end of your keg with 50cm of tubing for faster carbonation. The tiny bubbles created by the stone help saturate the beer. Great for oxygenation too!
Remember to avoid touching the stone with your fingers and use gloves instead. If the stone gets clogged, try pumping CO2 through it and boiling it for 5 minutes.
Clogged Stone?
One effective way to unclog a stone is by pumping CO2 at approximately 1-2psi through it, and then boiling the stone in an electric kettle for at least 5 minutes. Afterwards, store it in a ziplock bag until next use.
If this is not possible, consider using StellarSan sanitiser to eliminate bacteria and clear clogs.
